Hi, my name is Anjali and I have a passion for health and fitness. I am a freshman in college specializing in Finance and Information Systems. I started going to the gym when I was 13 and realized how important food and fitness is.
As a college student and trying to maintain good grades, it can be hard to find the time and motivation to go to the gym and stay in shape. But time can always be found and shouldn’t be an excuse. As for finding motivation, keep a goal in mind and think about it when you’re feeling down. As a heart patient, I am constantly trying to stay healthy.
I used to think being skinny was the ideal goal but instead a better goal is to be fit. That’s the goal.
